Shipping policy

Payment & Delivery:

• Your item needs to be paid in full before Project Aero can ship your order.

Returns & Exchanges:

• It is the customers responsibility to make sure they order the correct product. A refund will only take place if the quality of the product is not as described. An exchange will only be valid if Project Aero has sent out the incorrect item(s). If an agreement is made, the product must be unused, and in its original condition. The refund will only be processed once the product is received back at Project Aero's head office, and has been inspected.

• Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the buyer’s responsibility. Should a return take place, the packaging must be unopened and in original condition.
  
  
• All of our products are engineered to fit with the OEM body work of each manufacturer. Project Aero takes no responsibility for poor installation. A refund/exchange will not be granted in this instance.
  
  

Damaged Products:

• We take every duty of care to make sure your product is ready to ship to you as safely and securely as possible. However, sometimes accidents happen. In the rare event that this occurs, please contact us immediately, with accurate details of the damage and we will work with you through our return process.
  
  
• We will not cover damage to the product after fitment has taken place. Please be aware our products will reduce the clearance of your car to the road surface.
  
  
• We will not cover damage to the product that is deemed as normal wear and tear. The final decision on what is deemed to be normal will be made at the discretion of Project Aero, after due consideration is given to the individual circumstances in which the wear and tear has occurred.
  
  
• Please be mindful of your surroundings when driving your vehicle fitted with one of our products. Damage to any of the Project Aero products due to torrential wet weather and poor driving conditions will not be considered or covered under these terms.
