Pricing Errors

REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

CHANGE OF MIND

Project Aero does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Ordering a product and later deciding you no longer want it.
• Purchasing based on emotion or impulse.
• Finding the item cheaper elsewhere.
• Deciding the modification is no longer within your budget.
• Receiving the item and changing your mind.
• Selling your vehicle after placing the order.
• Purchasing a vehicle-specific product and later selling or trading the vehicle.
• Purchasing the incorrect product, variant, colour, model, or option.
• Accidentally placing an order.
• Accidentally clicking "Buy Now".
• Using the wrong payment card.
• Ordering without fully reading the product description.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, production planning, inventory allocation, packaging preparation, and administration processes commence immediately.

For this reason, Project Aero does not accept order cancellations due to:

• Incorrect shipping details supplied by the customer.
• Financial reasons.
• Vehicle sale or ownership changes.
• Extended delivery expectations.
• Delays caused by customs, carriers, weather events, peak seasons, or circumstances outside our control.

LEAD TIMES

Many Project Aero products are manufactured, prepared, or packed to order.

The following products generally have a processing timeframe of 5–10 business days before dispatch:

• Front Lips
• Complete Lip Kits
• Side Skirt Extensions
• Rear Spats
• Pre-Order Products

These lead times are estimates only and may vary depending on production demand, seasonal volumes, material availability, carrier delays, public holidays, and circumstances beyond our control.

Orders will not be eligible for cancellation, refund, or chargeback solely because a customer did not read, misunderstood, or disagrees with stated lead times.

INCORRECT PRODUCT ORDERED

If a customer orders the wrong product, Project Aero may, at its sole discretion, assist with exchanging the order before dispatch.

Any difference in product pricing, shipping costs, processing fees, or additional freight charges will be payable by the customer.

Once an order has shipped, no refund will be provided because an incorrect item was selected by the customer.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Customers must inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt.

If an item arrives:

• Damaged in transit; or
• Incorrect due to an error by Project Aero

the customer must notify Project Aero within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after 24 hours may be declined.

Claims must include:

• Order number.
• Clear photographs of packaging.
• Clear photographs of shipping labels.
• Clear photographs of the product.
• Detailed description of the issue.

If approved, Project Aero will determine whether to:

• Replace the item;
• Repair the item;

NON-DELIVERY CLAIMS

Customers must ensure that all shipping information provided is accurate and complete.

Project Aero is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from:

• Failure to collect parcels.
• Refused deliveries.
• Missed delivery appointments.

Additional freight charges incurred due to these circumstances will be the responsibility of the customer.

CHARGEBACKS

FITMENT & MANUFACTURING TOLERANCE CLAUSE:

Due to the nature of aftermarket automotive products, minor variations in fitment, installation method, panel gaps, surface finish, mounting position, and manufacturing tolerances may occur. Such variations are considered normal characteristics of aftermarket products and do not constitute defects. 

Project Aero is not liable to refund if a product doesn't fit your vehicle due to previous damages.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

International customers are solely responsible for all:

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

• Returned shipments.

RETURNED SHIPMENTS

CHECKOUT AGREEMENT

By completing a purchase, customers expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• They have read and accepted these Terms of Service.

• They have read and accepted the Refund Policy.

• They have read and accepted the Shipping Policy.

• They understand that change of mind refunds are not accepted.

• They understand that product lead times may apply.

• They understand that customs duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, and import charges may apply to international orders.

• They accept responsibility for all customs and import-related charges imposed by their country or local authority.

• They understand that delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Vehicle Compatibility

Customers are solely responsible for verifying that products are suitable for their specific vehicle before placing an order.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Vehicle model
• Variant
• Trim level
• Facelift or pre-facelift versions
• Imported vehicle specifications
• Special editions
• Modified vehicles

Project Aero is not responsible for purchases made for an incorrect vehicle application selected by the customer.

Product Information

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, lead times, and installation requirements before placing an order.

Failure to read product descriptions does not constitute grounds for cancellation, return, refund, or chargeback.

Installation Responsibility

Project Aero recommends professional installation of all products.

Project Aero accepts no responsibility for:

• Incorrect installation
• Improper fitment caused by installer error
• Damage occurring during installation
• Damage resulting from modifications
• Damage caused by impacts, road debris, accidents, or misuse

Customers assume full responsibility for installation and ongoing use of purchased products.

Product Appearance

Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only.

Vehicle appearance, lighting conditions, paint colour, camera settings, monitor settings, and manufacturing tolerances may cause products to appear slightly different from website images.

Minor variations in appearance, finish, texture, colour, or manufacturing characteristics do not constitute defects.

Order Acceptance

Project Aero reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion.

Pricing Errors

In the event of a pricing error, website malfunction, promotional error, or technical issue resulting in incorrect pricing, Project Aero reserves the right to cancel affected orders and provide a refund of any amount paid.

Force Majeure

Project Aero shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failures resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Severe weather events
• Floods
• Fires
• Strikes
• Industrial action
• Material shortages
• Supplier delays
• Customs delays
• Government action
• Pandemics
• Transport disruptions
• Carrier delays
• Power outages
• Technology failures

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project Aero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or economic loss arising from the purchase, delivery, installation, or use of any product.
