Prevent snow and rain from getting on the glass of your mirrors and impairing your vision.
Simply peel back the double sided tape and use a heat gun to heat up the mirror visors. When hot enough, stick the visors onto your mirrors.

Short answer, yes. However, depending on the make and model of your car, the mirror visors may require slight modification, such as re-shaping and sanding to add clearance under the taped area.
