Our upgraded aluminium bash plate is strong, sturdy, and built to protect your oil pan from road debris and damage—while also aiding in heat dissipation to reduce the risk of heat soak and help maintain consistent performance when it matters most.

Not all bash plates are built the same. At Project Aero, we design with purpose—tailored to the FL5 platform. Our bash plate features two service trap doors for easy oil changes without full removal. We’ve upgraded the OEM hardware for better durability and added slits for improved heat dissipation, helping to combat heat soak.
The thin factory undertray offers minimal protection, leaving vital components like the oil pan exposed to road debris. A quality bash plate not only shields these parts from damage but also improves airflow and heat management—key for keeping performance consistent under pressure.
